Soulmatch is a premium matchmaking service exclusively for ambitious Bay Area professionals. We combine human expertise with advanced insights to create intentional introductions — designed for lasting relationships, not casual dating.

Membership is open to professionals ages 24–45 in the Bay Area, including founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals in tech, finance, medicine, law, and other fields. Applicants must be relationship-minded and serious about commitment.

We don’t rely on endless swiping or random algorithms. Every introduction is curated by our team, refined through your feedback, and delivered with concierge-level privacy. Unlike apps, our community is vetted, private, and capped at 1,430 members per 6-month cycle.

• Foundation Plan: 8 introductions (6 months)
• Catalyst Plan: 15 introductions (6 months)
• Ascend Plan: 20 introductions (6 months)

If you meet your person before your introductions are complete, any unused introductions are banked for later use — no strings attached.

Our 143-Day Guarantee applies to Catalyst and Ascend members. If you haven’t found your person within 143 days, we extend your membership at no extra cost until you do.

Yes. All client profiles and matches are handled with strict confidentiality. We never share details outside our vetted network.

Yes. All members are screened for authenticity, relationship readiness, and alignment with our community values.

Catalyst & Ascend members: Our concierge team arranges curated experiences — from fine dining and wineries to cooking classes, wellness activities, and cultural events — tailored to your lifestyle.

Yes. Soulmatch currently serves professionals in San Francisco and the Bay Area only.

• Membership is a 6-month contractual term.
• Pay monthly installments (Foundation: $1,200/month, Catalyst: $2,500/month, Ascend: $6,500/month), or prepay in full at a discounted rate.
• Payments are billed on the 15th of each month.

No. Memberships are a binding 6-month commitment. However, your introductions roll over if you pause while dating someone.

All fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or duplicate charges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

You may choose to renew your membership under the then-current terms, with the option to continue introductions or upgrade plans.
